Okay, seriously, is anyone else going through major baby-having urges after viewing their old nursing photos? Oy. My racing heart needs to chill.
p.s. This is in support of the dumbfucks at fakebook who think breastfeeding in public is obscene. Yes, I suppose it is, if one finds consuming nutritious food an obscenity.
Fucking losers.
And if you're interested in more lactivism, please visit the site that HBM and MU have cooked up (heh, get it, breastfeeding is food and they're cooking up a -- um, yes, I'm ceasing this, now); yet ANOTHER important project they're taking up for those who wish to crackdown on crackbook and other equally lame-ass joints who are trying to push the idea down our collective throats that breastfeeding shouldn't be something we do outside of the precious, locked-up, hidden, secreted-away places in the very bosoms of our homes.
FUCK. This pisses me off so much. Why should I be forced to see someone dose their baby with soda or other equally craptastic non-food in public and then be expected to keep the breastfeeding all hush-hush and outta the way? I will dispense the good, nutritious, delicious breast food for my child wherever the FUCK I feel like it, thanksveryfuckingmuch. (That's if/when I have another breastfeeder, seeing as how my current kid is probably less than interested in nursing. He's more into cookie-chomping. My pushing of carrot sticks and the like notwithstanding.)
(Yeah. This subject touched a nerve.)

Nicely said! And love the picture.

Did you see that Cre8Buzz became the first social networking site to support breastfeeding and breastfeeding photos? Pretty cool, huh?
I've been having that baby urge lately. But I have three already!!!

Yee haw. Someone wrote a long comment on my blog about "why does everything have to be documented..." etc but you hit it on the head - why are photos of kids eating birthday cake and smearing it all over different than breastfeeding photos? It is still someone eating! And most people will never, ever post a BF picture...but they shouldn't tell them they can't, especially when you can put whatever other kinda weird skanky crap up there that you want.

I don't have any pictures breastfeeding Nolan, which is really sad. I totally love your picture, it makes my cervix a little achy, too.
(Hi! Am back. Partially because of you. :-))

Very, very good point about the pop and shit we must watch others feed their child.
And the baby urges? With the bf'ing love and so many mamas giving birth/announcing pregnancies, I can't believe there is not a spinning ovary among us.
